In this era full of hope and challenges, young talents are a valuable resource for national development and an inexhaustible driving force for enterprise innovation. On December 18,2024, Huashen International Biomedical Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huashen International) was honored to welcome a group of school leaders from Harbin Ward University. The two sides had an in-depth and fruitful exchange on the theme of "promoting the employment of college graduates and deepening school-enterprise cooperation". The meeting not only deepened the mutual understanding between schools and enterprises, but also laid a broader employment road for the students who are about to enter the society.

    会议开始，我司负责人首先对到访的哈尔滨华德学院的就业办主任刘博先生、人力资源部主任张光玉女士、财务部主任靳东女士表示热烈欢迎，并详细介绍了公司的发展历程、业务范围及未来发展规划。随后，刘博等三位主任在项目部黄总的陪同下，参观了华深国际的研发中心、生产车间、产品展示等区域。产品讲师通过PPT详细介绍了公司产品以及技术演示。之后双方共同分析了当前就业市场的现状与趋势，针对毕业生面临的就业挑战与机遇进行了深入探讨。我方强调，在快速变化的市场环境中，具备创新能力、实践能力和良好职业素养的复合型人才更受青睐，这也是校企合作培养的重点方向。

Subsequently, Liu Bo and other three directors, accompanied by Mr.Huang of the project department, visited the R & D center, production workshop, product display and other areas of Shenzhen International. The product instructor detailed the companys products and technology demonstration through PPT. After that, the two sides jointly analyzed the current situation and trend of the job market, and made in-depth discussions on the employment challenges and opportunities faced by the graduates. We emphasize that in the rapidly changing market environment, inter-disciplinary talents with innovation ability, practical ability and good professional quality are more favored, which is also the key direction of school-enterprise cooperation and training.

交流中，高校领导对集团董事长万佰溢先生在教育事业的支持表示深深的感谢，并分享了华德学院在人才培养模式、课程设置、岗位专业等方面的最新探索。双方一致认为，应进一步加强校企合作，通过共建实习实训基地、开展联合项目研发、举办就业指导讲座等形式，为学生提供更多实践机会，帮助他们提前适应职场环境，提升就业竞争力。
